I have been using this product for about 10 years now and even when living in the country and my dogs were running with other livestock, they have never had a flea.

This product prevents heartworm, adult roundworm, immature roundworm, adult whipworm, adult hook worm, adult tapeworm and provides long term protection and control of flea infestations and control of flea allergy dermatitis in dogs.


Dosage is one tablet per month, and there are various sizes available, and I find the most economical is the 6 pack chewable.



It must be flavoured as my dogs like it and it must be given with a meal.


It is made by Novartis Animal Health and has a 100% guarantee ensuring that all reasonable measures will be taken by Novartis to resolve any flea or worm infestation that continues to occur after sentinel Spectrum has been administered strictly according to the label and leaflet instructions for at least four correct applications over four continuous months.

The product does not kill adult fleas however will prevent any more breeding.

The pack of six varies in price depending on what size your dog is, and I find it is cheapest to go online, do a search and find the cheapest way to buy it every 6 months -I find this far cheaper than buying locally.
