It is important to research well before committing to a new pet. Have you ever integrated a new pet into a household which already houses another pet? How did they get along and what measures, if any, did you need to take in order to maximise satisfaction for all your animals?

They got on ok....2 cats.
Can't really remember too much I was young at the time.
I do remember very well no issues, and my mother was very happy. In those days, less problems the better!
Yes I have, most of the time it has been a success.
I have on several occasions over the years. Fortunately each time they got on fine. I had a young dog and then got two kittens. They quickly adjusted. I was lucky that dog was good with other animals as he had to adjust to a new cat or pair of cats a few times over the course of his life. We would usually introduce them carefully and observe how things were going. Once we brought a new cat home and put him in the spare bedroom so he could get accustomed to one room before we introduced him to the dog. Oops. The dog was sleeping under the bed in that room. No harm done, they accepted each other easily.
